The concept behind Fire Cue is a mix of Modern Australian and Latin American BBQ food cooked over charcoal paired with complimenting cocktails, wines and craft beer supporting local brewers.
Fire Cue founder Adam Dundas-Taylor who is owner and concept creator of Award winning Bali restaurant Barbacoa, has brought a more compact version back to Nobby’s beach.
The food that has been created for Fire Cue is a 15 year journal of Adams time working, living and travelling through London, Spain, Argentina, Los Angeles and Mexico.
The name Fire Cue derives from the special methods and techniques that we use to cook our food.
‘Fire’ - our food is based around sharing plates cooked over charcoal, imparting the food with its natural flavour.
‘Cue’ being short for barbecue, our handmade Parilla (grill), is used to differentiate our cooking from other restaurants, in true barbecue style, which will give our food its unique flavour and texture.
