Choose from a Picanha Steak OR a Rib Eye on the bone
For something different try our Picanha Steak. Our Picanha steak, is a traditional style cut of beef from South America that’s cooked on the Argentinean grill.
As with all our food, we aim to maintain the highest quality meat. This steak is also known as a rump cap and is sourced from Cape Grimm in Tasmania where the land is rich in beautiful and abundant grass for the cattle to graze on. The rump cap is a very lean, healthy cut and is cooked medium rare to medium for best eating.
After receiving the beef we age it for 21 days which assists in it’s succulent tenderness and rich flavour. The rump cap is then cooked over charcoal accompanied by a red Aji Panca chilli dressing and a splash of homemade red wine beef reduction, to top of a fine, satisfying dish.

As always we carefully source our rib eye from Vic Meats, arguably one of Australia's best meat wholesalers, who only deal with the highest quality products.
Weighing in at a healthy 350g, the flavours of our beef are enhanced by its perfect marbling combined with the heat of the charcoal grill. We promise, it will leave you begging for more. The side accompaniment of chipotle and red pepper butter, is just another addition to this amazing dish.
